Regular and effective contact with both employers and employees is the top line of their job description and their sole intention is to ensure that the highest level of client service we promise is actually delivered.

Neil Gough

Neil has been in the pensions industry for nearly 20 years. With a background in Pensions Administration and Client Management, Neil, as Client Service Director, is responsible for the delivery of ongoing service to Creative Benefit Solutions’ corporate clients and their employees from our team of Client Managers and Account Executives.

Working very closely with the Sales team it is Neil’s role to ensure that all clients are embedded successfully and that they receive the expected high levels of service from all areas of Creative Benefit Solutions.
